Home Again Home Again

Good to be back in Boston after a visit to Montreal. It's funny how you can just miss your life ... all the daily stuff of your life, your routines, your daily schedule, and for me, my work out routine. I feel pretty crappy when I don't get a chance to exercise.

You spend a good part of the year wishing you could go on vacation ... and then on vacation, it's easy to be homesick. Go figure.
