The People Who Died This Year

It seems impossible that the people who died this year really, in fact, actually died this year.

Every time I see this year's list, they feel closer and closer to my age and that makes it seem more and more impossible that these people just ... got taken out ... are gone ... call it what you will, it's just no good at all. Especially upsetting, my fellow Mount Holyoke pal, Wendy Wasserstein.
