Job Search Engines: How To Make Something Too Complicated To Use

I've noticed a few job search engines like Monster.com and BostonWorks, which used to be easy to use have been "upgraded" with all sorts of useless features, endless registration pages and GUESS WHAT ... they're too complicated to bother with!

The social networks like LinkedIn have managed to retain their simplicity, have a "context" of a trusted network of social peers and are much more useful places to find employees if you're hiring, or find work if you're looking.
