Boys Of Summer, Boys and Girls Of Spring

This weekend was Little League sign up and try-outs. I have to say, it really got me excited to think of baseball starting up again. I can't wait.

It really means spring has to happen around here -- despite it being 19 degrees this morning.

I loved hanging out with the parents as we watched our kids try out.

As the boys finsihed and I was about to leave, I saw the softball girls start trying out. It seems like the dads with daughters are REALLY a bit tough with them, wanting them to really succeed. Very interesting to observe.
