Lisa Stone: Speaks Softly, Carries A Big Blog

As for moms who blog who are also powerhouses ... Lisa Stone usually tops the list, but the other day in our meeting of moms, she had laryngitis of all things.

She has been going non-stop building out the BlogHer Blog, so no wonder, but to hear her speak like a slightly edgy Kindergarden teacher in a whisper that you felt you MUST obey, was unusual.

Lisa, hope you're getting some much needed TIME OFF in bed with hot tea and lemon. Get better girl! Your new blog will thrive without you for a few days I figure. Just let go and let it rock all on its own.
