You Should Be Eating A LOT MORE Vegetables and Fruits

Check out this info on Harvard School of Public Health's site about how many servings of fruits and vegetables you should be eating:
five to thirteen servings of fruits and vegetables a day,
Holy heck -- that's amazing! I don't know anyone, except perhaps vegetarians who come close to that.

I was trying to research whether it's healthier to eat raw broccolli instead of cooked broccolli. I like both, but I especially like raw. I haven't found the answer yet. More soon.
