There's lots written about the fact that women are TERRIBLE at reporting early signs of heart attack and tend to either ignore them, not take them seriously, or just be unaware that we are likely to experience DIFFERENT symptoms from men.

Just like my trip to the hospital, I could have decided "why bother" and felt silly that what I thought might be a heart problem was something else. But DON'T DO THAT, always check it out. IF it is a heart attack, you really need to take it seriously, and unless you're a doctor ... why not let THEM decide what it is.
