FEMA Frat House

We have to stop thinking of FEMA as an government agency and see it for what it is -- Bush's Frat House for his buddy boys.

It's an outrage that Michael Brown has not been fired. People died at his hands and he gets "reassigned?" They were reassigned to floating face down in a toxic swirl.

But I suspect there are so many other incompetent Bush pals hiding out there at the FEMA Frat House, they really don't know where to start when it comes to cleaning the place out. They can start the FEMA Clean-Up Effort by firing Brown. Or sending him to jail.
