Secret Lives

A story about Charles Lindbergh comes out today mentioning he had a "wife" and three children in Germany -- a secret life from his well-known wife here, the writer Anne Morrow Lindbergh, with whom he had 6 children.

In addition, he had two more children, one each by the German woman's sister and his German secretary. That makes 11 children total, 5 of them hidden away in Germany for most of his life. His first child, Charles Lindbergh, Jr. was kidnapped and murdered.
