This was probably one of the all time best croissants I've ever eaten in my whole life. I was seriously thinking about stealing one of Doc's croissants when he wasn't looking. This was Monday morning right before entering "Le Senat" for the conference. Loic had warned us about there being no coffee or food in the hall.
