Work Out

I've been terrible lately about working out, but I did it this morning and it changes everything, doesn't it!?!

It reminds you that you have control (somewhat) over your life.

It perks you up.

It makes you remember summer is coming and everyone will be seeing all those curves and bulges -- work now, play later.

It really is a fundamental testimony to one's strength and it feels great to build your strength.

It makes that oh-so-obvious link between mind and body all the more obvious.

It feels courageous, helping you be courageous for the rest of the day.

It really matters and helps you distinguish between what does matter and what doesn't.

It's a good way to start a good day.

It belongs to you. You can get on the floor without equiment, gym, cute outfit, anything and just do it. You can go for a walk, you don't need a treadmill. All of this adds up to having NO EXCUSE for not doing at least a little bit of exercise every day.
