This Grammy Awards, and especially Queen Latifah, are terrific and REAL. And these awards shows never sound or feel real.

The first five-minute blast of five groups knocking out their five hits -- Gwen Stefani and Eve, Black-Eyed Peas, Los Lonely Boys, Franz Ferdinand and Maroon 5 -- it was a great way to start.

And then it just kept going full tilt -- amazing.
