And Baby Makes Three ... I Mean Four

This new documentary, Hearts of Three, sounds interesting. It's about a menage a trois, two guys and a girl, who get pregnant and big surprise, it all goes to hell in a handbasket once there's a baby to take care of.

For all it's post-modernity and avantgarde positioning -- this family consists of two bisexual men and a heterosexual woman -- I find it pretty damned amusing that dirty diapers and sleepless nights can take the "oh-la-la" out of any romantic situation. C'est la vie!
Trio are successful financially, with Samantha the office manager, Sam the massage therapist and Steven a resident chiropractor at a Manhattan wellness center.Samantha does get pregnant, with all the typical expectant-parent anxiety climaxing in a joyous at-home delivery. Yet the arrival of baby also triggers dynamic shifts. Samantha becomes a stay-at-home mom -- not her dream profession; the boys stress out as their newly expanded business proves draining. All three adults go into (separate) therapy

To be fair, I haven't seen the movie yet, so I shouldn't take swipes at it, but it sounds pretty intriguing.
