Not Sure That's Gonna Work

I suppose it's obvious, but this idea I had yesterday of not eating out for a week has my mind completely boggled.

I'm not sure if I can do it at all. As much as I love eating in and cooking for myself, my son, my friends, I spend so much time out and about, I don't think I can pull it off.

If it's about not eating in restaurants and carrying my own food with me when I'm out ... maybe I can pull that off.

Certainly has raised my consciousness of how often I am eating food other people have prepared.
