Just Say No

I'm being offered a lot of interesting opportunities lately -- everything from projects, speaking gigs, jobs, partnering with others on event planning to name a few. I really appreciate that, but I'm finding it tough to remember to sit down, look at my calendar, really consider the time a new committment requires, and honestly admit I do or do not have the time to give to a particular project. Lately, I do NOT have the time often enough and have to say "no" as graciously as possible. Some well-placed "no's" go a long way towards not disappointing others and not stretching myself too thin. The problem is, I just hate saying "no" and I'm not at all good at it.
