Stepford Bloggers

I think this week we've seen the unbridled ambition of certain bloggers who pretend they want to be bloggers but really want to be journalists. What happened to the good old days when blogging was supposed to be an alternative to journalism -- a good alternative.

These fairweather bloggers are like a bunch of feminists getting bribed with new appliances and caving in as they are transformed into Stepford Wives. What gives?
