The highpoint of my keynote speech at Blogher was when I told the audience that you should ask for links and ask better-known bloggers to blogroll you and if they didn't -- ask them again and don't be shy.

Tish Grier raises her hand and tells the whole room that she asked ME numerous times to do just that -- and I ignored her!
