Jennifer Rice at BrandMantra/Brandshift has been touting co-creation, Huba/McConnel have been preaching "Customer Evangelists" for a while. Fans have been around forever, just not in this close contact with the producers.<BR/><BR/>Maybe "lovers"? Are they one night stands or are they willing to marry your product? Are you close enough to them to co-create your product's children?
