Very Happy Holiday

I got some good news Monday, the positive end to a matter that was very bothersome and difficult and now that I can relax and get ready for Easter, the world is much improved.

I'm having nearly a dozen people over for Easter Dinner, so it's time to get thinking about what I'm cooking. I did a roast leg of lamb last year, and ham, and spam... just kidding, no spam.

I always like duck and rabbit, but that seems totally inappropriate for Easter. Chocolate ducks and rabbits yes, but not actual roasted ones.
