Yoga Yogurt YoYoMa Morning

As much as I love aerobics and weight-lifting, there's something about yoga as the first cut to working out that really gets it all going.

It seems, at times, agonizingly SLOW to do a morning yoga stretch and not energetic enough, but it puts my body back in balance and alignment, only making the other stuff that much easier. When I skip it, I always regret it.
