Baby Got Back

My back is finally feeling a little better, but party-ocean-girl who usually would tear into the waves and tumble and toss around like a cork is being very very very careful this vacation.

I have to be absolutely resolute in NOT getting my spine tossed around in the surf and I am HATING that, but ... its just the way it is until I'm really well.
