Reading Robert Parker In NYC

Ironically, I left Boston yesterday with a copy of Bad Business, the Robert Parker detective novel. Seems a perfect book to read in New York, since it makes me feel "at home" and "far away" at the same time.

He has one big scene at the Chatham Bars Inn on the Cape, a favorite of mine, and then most of the rest of his books explore every corner and nook and cranny of "our fahr city" Boston.
